Basically for a voice director, you get yourself a fairly experienced director and voice actor who can help the other VA's achieve the same performance you seek. Definitely more professional, but not costly or anything - just a favor. Much easier on you and the VA's and will overall improve your project. Just something to think about. Good luck on the next one.

decent artwork, nice voiceacting. But far from a tribute. Tributes normally take the source material and attempt to add their own flair to it, almost like a nod to the material.
all you did was copy and pasted jokes and placed them in similar scenerios, giving the viewer nothing new to watch and basically, selling yourself short.
Awesome Racer, Grand Theft Awesome, and Awesome's Creed, where tributes.
yours was a blatant copy of the source material.
